According to the data monitoring of SunSirs, on November 15, Seamless tube fell slightly. The quotation of 20# Seamless tube was 4438 RMB/ton, down 0.31% from the beginning of the week, down 0.27% from the beginning of the year, down 13.40% year on year.

Analysis review        

Upstream pipe blank: the price of raw material pipe blank is increased this week. Among them, The factory listed price of Changqiang Steel 20# hot-rolled tube blank Φ45-130mm is unchanged at 3870 RMB/ton; The price of Zhongtian Iron and Steel 20# hot-rolled tube billet is unchanged, now φ50-130mm factory listed price is 3920 RMB/ton; Handan Iron and Steel 20# hot-rolled tube billet raised 50 RMB, now Φ50-130mm ex-factory price is 3800 RMB/ton.

Pipe factory: The price of pipe factory is increased partially. Linyi 108*4.5mm factory general rolling 4250-4300 RMB partially raised 50 RMB/ton, continuous rolling 4390 RMB increased 40 RMB/ton, 57 * 3.5mm cold drawing plus 270 RMB/ton; Liaocheng mild steel plate 4230-4300 RMB/ton; PanJin 73-159mm base price 4370 RMB/ton; XinPengRMB 273-377mm series 4350 RMB/ton; RMB hua 219 * 6mm base price 4300 RMB/ton; Xinye special steel 219 *6mm base price 4250 RMB/ton (except Zhongnan), 377 * 10mm base price 4,500 RMB/ton (except Zhongnan).

Market outlook

Seamless analysts of SunSirs believe that because of the shortage of raw material tube blank, some specification resources of tube factory are tight, and affected by the cost and inventory, the tube factory price will increase accordingly. However, the willingness of merchants to increase prices is not strong, and they have entered the winter. The terminal demand is limited, most of which is to replenish the stock on demand, and the stock is maintained at a normal low level. It is expected that the Seamless tube market will be adjusted slightly in short term.
