On weekend, the price of 20#, 108*4.5 seamless tube was reported at 6212.5 RMB/ton, down 0.2% from the 6225 RMB/ton at the beginning of the week, up 21.28% from the beginning of the year, and up 39.73% year-on-year.

The price of tube billet has risen and fallen this week. As of the 13th, the ex-factory price of Luli 20# hot-rolled tube billet φ40-140mm was 5,380 RMB/ton, the ex-factory price of Weigang 20# hot-rolled tube was 5,450 RMB/ton, and the ex-factory price of 20# continuous casting was 5,370 RMB/ton. The prices were revised down by 150 RMB/ton in mid-August. The ex-factory price of Linyi Jiangxin tube billet was 5,400 RMB/ton for 20#φ50-70 hot-rolled tube billet, 5,350 RMB/ton for φ70-130 hot-rolled tube billet, and 5,250 RMB/ton for continuous casting tube billet.

The price of seamless tubes from the pipe factory was mainly stable, The ex-factory price of Shandong Panjin 57-60*3.5 was 6,300 RMB/ton, the ex-factory price of 95-108*4.5 was 6,040 RMB/ton. The ex-factory price of Shandong Jinbaocheng hot-rolled seamless tube was 5,900 RMB/ton.
