June 09 2021 10:22:45     SunSirs (Selena)
According to the monitoring of SunSirs, the cement market in East China has recently fallen, with the price of 519.40 RMB/ ton on June 1 and 509.20 RMB/ ton on June 3, a decrease of 1.96%. The current price has dropped by 2.53% month on month, and the current price has increased by 5.91% year on year.
In June, with hot weather and frequent rain, the demand for cement declined, and the cement market showed a downward trend. The shipment volume of manufacturers decreased, the inventory increased compared with the previous period, and the market competition gradually increased. Some enterprises reduced the cement quotation, and the cement market continued to decline. In June, when the Meiyu season is coming, the impact on construction sites and infrastructure may be further increased, and the market demand may continue to weaken. At that time, the clinker price in the Yangtze River Delta may show a downward trend.
Downstream: data from the National Bureau of statistics show that from January to April this year, the national real estate development investment was 4,024 billion RMB, an increase of 21.6% year on year; It is 17.6% higher than that from January to April in 2019, with an average growth of 8.4% in two years. Among them, the residential investment was 3,016.2 billion RMB, an increase of 24.4%.
According to the prediction of SunSirs, under the influence of high temperature and rainy weather, the cement demand in East China may further decline. Therefore, SunSirs cement product analysts believe that in a short period of time, China cement market will mainly decline.
