According to the monitoring of SunSirs, the domestic sodium metabisulfite price continued to rise slightly at the bottom this week. The weekly average price of industrial-grade sodium metabisulfite was 1,693.33 RMB/ton, and the weekend average price was 1,693.33 RMB/ton, the change was zero.
Analysis review
The overall performance of the sodium metabisulfite market has picked up this week. The market price of industrial-grade sodium metabisulfite was in the range of 1,300-1,500 RMB/ton, and most prices were concentrated around 1,400 RMB/ton. The company's production was relatively stable, focusing on fulfilling old customer orders, with limited increase in new orders. The slight rebound in raw material costs led to the market price of sodium metabisulfite continuing to pick up this week, with the average price on August 21 rising 2.41% from the beginning of the month.
