According to the data monitoring of SunSirs, the market of plasticizer DOP rebounded in May .As of May 18, the price of DOP in East China was 6,766.67 RMB/ton, up 7.98% from 6,266.67 RMB/ton at the beginning of the month, and down 11.40% from the same period last year.

The prices of phthalic anhydride and octanol, raw materials for DOP, rose in shock in May. Market outlook

According to DOP data analysts of SunSirs, the prices of phthalic anhydride and octanol fluctuated in May, and the cost of DOP increased; downstream, PVC companies started to work more and the demand for plasticizers increased, which is good for DOP.
