On February 26, the ex-factory quotation of urea in Shandong area rose slightly, which was 13.34 RMB/ton higher than that of February 24, an increase of 0.77%. On the demand side: near spring ploughing, the current agricultural demand is relatively strong, and some traders are actively purchasing. The downstream compound fertilizer plant's start-up load continued to increase, and the plate plant also gradually resumed production, and the demand for urea increased. On the supply side: Urea manufacturers have recently raised their prices significantly, and the market transaction has slightly decreased. However, the manufacturers have received sufficient advance orders, and most of them have offered firm prices.
In the near future, the ex-factory price of urea in Shandong may increase slightly: the manufacturer's offer is around 1,780 RMB/ton.
