After the Spring Festival, supported by factors such as the shortage of high-quality grain available for circulation at the grass-roots level and the tight grain transportation caused by COVID-19, the national wheat market price continued to maintain a strong operation.
During the Spring Festival, the convenient food consumption increased significantly year on year. The downstream demand for wheat continued to be strong, supporting the strong operation of national wheat market after the Spring Festival.
Policy: On February 12, the lowest purchase price of wheat is planned to sell 2.99774 million tons, the actual transaction volume is 153300 tons, the average transaction price is 2340 RMB / ton, and the transaction rate is 5.11%.
