The price of upstream tube billet is firm, of which Luli hot rolling 3750 RMB/ton, Jiangxin 3750 RMB/ton, Tiangang 3770 RMB/ton and Changzhou Dongfang 3940 RMB/ton. For the pipe factory, Linyi main pipe factory quoted 4480-4550 RMB/ton for general rolling and 4660 RMB/ton for continuous rolling. On the market side, downstream demand has not improved significantly, coupled with the Mid-Autumn Festival is coming, the demand is not high. The goods will be mainly on demand.
