SunSirs: Rubber, Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Rubber Price Was Weakly Sideways (January 1 to 30)

In January, the market price of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber was weak and stable. The price at the beginning of the month was 16333 RMB / ton, and the price at the end of the month was 16200 RMB / ton. At the end of the month, the price slightly decreased by 0.82% compared with the beginning of the month, and the overall weak and stable.

Acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber supply slightly reduced

The supply of nitrile in the domestic market was sufficient at the beginning of January but decreased slightly in the later period. Among them, the supply of Lanhua nitrile slightly reduced. And the supply of some brands of Nandi and Jinpu nitrile was tight. The overall supply was slightly lower than that in December.

Decline of raw material price drags the price of nitrile

In January, the price of raw material butadiene fell slightly, which was negative for acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber. The price of butadiene was 8312 RMB / ton at the beginning of January and 8056 RMB / ton at the end of the month, down 3.08% from the beginning of the month.

Downstream demand light drag on acrylonitrile-butadiene Rubber

Affected by environmental factors and Spring Festival factors before the festival, some terminal factories in North China and other places are not willing to prepare goods before the festival. The overall transaction atmosphere is weak, and the nitrile market is in a weak state. At present, the whole is still light.

Market Forecasting

SunSirs analytic believe that the price of raw material butadiene is low. On the other hand, the demand for acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber is insufficient. It is expected that the price of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber will continue to be weak in the later stage.
