China Xuyang is a manufacturer and supplier of comprehensive coke, coking products and fine chemical products. In 2017, the company is the world's largest independent coke producer and supplier, and also a leader in many fine chemical products in China or the world.

3. Lingshi Juyi Fukang 5 million tons coking project starts construction

On March 18, 2019, the commencement ceremony of the coking project with an annual output of 5 million tons was held in the Liangdu Industrial Park. The 5-million-ton coking project of Lingshi County Juyi Fukang Coal Coking Co., Ltd. is located in Liangdu Getai Industrial Park, Zhongmei Circular Economy Park, Lingshi County, covering an area of 3550 mu, with a total investment of 9.98 billion RMB, which is implemented in two phases.

4 Lianyungang port's single largest delivery of coke futures smoothly out of the warehouse

According to the state-owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of Lianyungang City, in March 2019, the first 5000 tons of coke futures under the contract of Lianyungang Port Co., Ltd. in Dalian Commodity Exchange were successfully delivered out of the warehouse. This business is the largest delivery under the current contract of Dalian Institute of Commerce. At the same time, it is the largest single delivery of coke varieties since Lianyungang Port Co., Ltd. cooperated with Dalian Commodity Exchange in 2011, reaching the coke varieties 19.23% of the total delivery.

5. In 2020, all coal and coke from Shanxi Province will be transported by railway

According to the implementation plan of Shanxi Province to promote the adjustment of transportation structure issued by the people's Government of Shanxi Province in May, by 2020, all key coal mining enterprises in the province will be connected to the special railway lines, and the proportion of coal and coke railway transportation will reach more than 80%. Basically, all coal and coke out of the province will be transported by railway.

6. Sinosteel international signed EPC contract for nearly 4.7 billion annual output of 2.5 million tons coking project

According to the major contract progress announcement issued by Sinosteel international on the evening of June 3, 2019, Sinosteel equipment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Russian Magnitogorsk Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MMK") signed the EPC contract for the new coking project with an annual output of 2.5 million tons on December 20, 2018, with a contract amount of 4.687 billion RMB, and a construction period of 50 months, and it is expected to be put into production in 2022.

7. The first CDQ system in North China was completed and put into operation in Rizhao coking plant

On June 1, 2019, with the No. 4 CDQ unit of Rizhao project of Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. constructed by China Five Metallurgical Group officially put into operation, it also indicates that the two-step CDQ system of Rizhao coking has been completed and put into operation. The project is the first combined exhaust CDQ system in North China. The main construction contents include: CDQ furnace, primary dust removal, secondary dust removal, waste heat boiler, circulating fan, elevator, coke loading and discharging system and all auxiliary facilities.

8. 5.5m coke oven in Shandong Province will not be demolished in recent years

In October 2019, Shandong Province issued the draft of opinions on suspending the elimination of 5.5m tamping coke oven by 2025. It is estimated that in 2025, there will be no more than 20 coking enterprises in Shandong, with 70% of the capacity in the main coal production area and the agglomeration area of iron and steel enterprises, and 100% of the capacity in 5.5m and above coke oven. At present, the transformation and upgrading objectives of the coking industry in Shandong Province: control the total capacity of the coking industry, reasonably allocate resources, optimize the existing capacity, and prohibit new capacity.

9. Dalian Commodity Exchange adjusts coke handling fee standard

Dalian Commodity Exchange decided to adjust the handling fee standard of non-1 / 5 / 9 contract months for iron ore, coke, coking coal and other varieties from the trading time on November 1, 2019.

10. From January 1, 2020, the tentative tariff for coke and semi coke is 0%

In order to optimize the trade structure and promote the high-quality development of the economy, according to the relevant provisions of the regulations of the people's Republic of China on import and export tariff, 859 commodities (excluding the commodities with tariff quota) will be subject to the provisional import tariff rate from January 1, 2020; From July 1, 2020, the provisional import tax rates of seven information technology products will be cancelled. For coke and semi coke from January 1, 2020, the provisional tariff is 0%.
