January 29 2021 13:10:08SunSirs(John)

Price trend

According to the data monitored by SunSirs, domestic industrial grade first-class potassium nitrate was quoted at 4,100.00 RMB/ton on the 1st, and domestic industrial-grade first-class potassium nitrate quoted at 4,175.00 RMB/ton on the 28th, an increase of 0.91%. Analysis review

The domestic potassium nitrate market continued to rise in January. Due to the tight supply of domestic potassium, some regions turned to imported potassium. The trading atmosphere was good, and the supply of goods on the market was insufficient. The downstream factories just needed to purchase in the early Spring Festival. The market is rising. According to the statistics of SunSirs: this week, the domestic mainstream manufacturers of potassium nitrate are quoting 4,000-4,500 RMB/ton (quotations are for reference only), and the quotations vary according to the purchase situation.

In the near future, the quotations of mainstream potassium chloride manufacturers have been temporarily stable: the weekend ex-factory price of potassium chloride in Qinghai Salt Lake was 2,050 RMB/ton. Compared with the beginning of the week, the quotation was temporarily stable; the weekend distribution quotation of Anhui Badou potassium chloride was 2,300 RMB/ton. Compared with the beginning of the week, the quotation was temporarily stable. Recently, the supply of new arrivals in the potassium chloride market was relatively limited, the ports were gradually shipping, and the market was consolidating at a high level.

Market outlook

Recently, the new arrivals of potassium chloride at domestic ports are relatively limited, the on-site inventory is low, and the cost support is good. It is expected that the potassium nitrate market will mainly rise slightly in the short term, and the long-term market still needs to wait and see.
