On September 21, the comprehensive domestic price of urea fell slightly to 2,541 RMB/ton, down 27 RMB/ton from the price on September 20, a decrease of 1.05%, and a year-on-year increase of 0.97%.
Analysis review
Upstream anthracite prices rose slightly, with better cost support. In terms of agricultural demand, a small amount of stock was stocked, and industrial demand was gradually expanding. The rubber sheet factory started at a low level, and just needed to purchase mainly. The operation of compound fertilizer plants increased, and the demand for urea increased slightly. The price of melamine rose slightly, and the enthusiasm for purchasing urea was good. From the perspective of supply: the plant in some areas was temporarily shut down, and the daily production of urea decreased slightly. With the National Day approaching, manufacturers cut prices to attract orders.
Market outlook
In the future, it is expected that the domestic urea market price may fluctuate down slightly and the average market price will be around 2,520 RMB/ton.
