On February 21st, the comprehensive price of urea in Shandong was 2,521.67 RMB/ton, an increase of 0.20% compared to yesterday.
Analysis review
The upstream Yangquan anthracite (washed medium block) was priced at around 960 RMB/ton, with low consolidation prices and average cost support.
From a demand perspective: Agricultural demand was gradually recovering, while industrial demand was following the market. Composite fertilizer, board, and melamine enterprises were operating at a low level, with a focus on procurement based on essential needs.
From a supply perspective, the resumption of urea production after the holiday had increased, with a slight increase in daily urea production.
Market outlook
