SunSirs: China EPS Trading Volume is High, Prices are temporarily Stable

According to the monitoring data of SunSirs, the average price of EPS ordinary material was 10,800 RMB/ ton at the beginning of last week, and the average price of EPS ordinary material was 10,800 RMB/ ton at the weekend, which was stable, up 33.33% compared with the same period of the year.

At present, the domestic EPS market fluctuates slightly, and the overall price is stable. Crude oil rose first and then fell, supported by pure benzene price, styrene rose slightly. The central bank's RRR reduction led to the strengthening of styrene night market. Some terminals entered the market for replenishment at the weekend. In addition, styrene stopped falling and rebounded, and some markets increased volume again. The overall turnover increased month on month in the week.

As of July 15, Jiangsu's common material was 10,600 RMB/ ton, stable on a month on month basis, while the resistance fuel was 11,100 RMB/ ton, stable on a month on month basis. On the supply side, some parking EPS devices may restart this week, and the production is expected to increase slightly next week.

On the cost side, crude oil storage and production increase expectations, macro support or weakening, coupled with the loosening of pure benzene, the demand for hard glue is off-season, the demand side, household appliances demand is difficult to improve significantly, the demand for thermal insulation exterior wall is general, and China EPS market is expected to weaken slightly this week.
