In the first three quarters, the added value of industries above designated size—including lithium-ion battery manufacturing, shipbuilding and related equipment manufacturing, and electric motor manufacturing—grew by 29.8%, 22.9%, and 17.1% year-on-year, respectively. Output of upgrade-type products like CNC forging equipment and specialized packaging machinery increased by 11.7% and 26.0%, respectively, while production of replacement-type products such as new energy vehicles, electric bicycles, and tablet computers grew by 29.7%, 27.1%, and 9.5%.
