SunSirs: Brazil's Corn Export Forecast Increases in October 2025
October 10 2025 14:12:11     SunSirs (Selena)ANEC estimates that Brazil's corn exports in October 2025 will range from 5.81 million tons to 6.3 million tons, averaging 6.06 million tons. This represents a 6.8% increase from 5.67 million tons in October last year, maintaining the strong growth momentum of the second-season corn export window.
Brazil's second-season corn harvest was completed in the first week of October, and exports continue to maintain strong momentum.
In the first nine months of this year, Brazil exported approximately 24 million tons of corn, with the top five destinations being Iran (21%), Egypt (17%), Vietnam (9%), Spain (6%), and China (5%).
Corn exports from January to October this year are estimated at 30 million tons, compared to 29.29 million tons in the same period last year.
ANEC estimates Brazil's corn exports this year at 45 million tons, up from 37.8 million tons in 2024.
ANEC's estimates are based on ship schedules at ports. Actual exports may be affected by factors such as weather.
