September 22 2025 09:18:30     SunSirs (John)Price trend
According to the SunSirs commodity market analysis system, aniline prices saw a slight increase last week. Prices were 7,625 RMB/ton on September 15 and 7,650 RMB/ton on September 19, a weekly increase of 0.33% and a year-on-year decrease of 22.82%.
Analysis review
Last week, major northern mills underwent maintenance, boosting prices. Aniline mills tentatively raised their quotations by 50 RMB/ton, bringing the mainstream price to 7,650-7,750 RMB/ton. Downstream inquiries increased, transaction volume improved, and on-site inventory pressures were minimal. Mills were moving goods smoothly, maintaining stable supply and demand, and aniline prices remained stable after the price increase.
Cost: Benzene prices saw a slight increase last week. Rising international oil prices and the approaching double holiday had fueled downstream stockpiling, leading to a volatile upward trend in benzene prices. However, the market outlook is affected by its own weak fundamentals and the room for growth is limited.
Market outlook
As of September 19, the aniline market was trading stably. With the approaching double holidays, there was a wave of stocking up. It is expected that the aniline market will be stronger in the short term.
