September 18 2025 10:39:35     SunSirs (Selena)On September 17th, the commodity price index BPI was 867 points, a decrease of 1 point from yesterday, a decrease of 35.44% from the highest point of 1,343 points during the cycle (2021-10-19), and an increase of 31.36% from the lowest point of 660 points on February 3rd, 2016.
According to the price monitoring of SunSirs, on September 17, 2025, there were a total of 46 commodities that showed a year-on-year increase in commodity prices, mainly concentrated in the chemical sector (23 in total) and the steel sector (6 in total). The top three commodities with the highest increase were coking coal (3.02%), glass (2.14%), and eggs (1.65%). A total of 55 products experienced a month on month decline, mainly in the chemical industry (22 in total) and non-ferrous metals (12 in total). The top three products with the highest decline were rapeseed meal (-1.82%), silver (-1.81%), and praseodymium neodymium oxide (-1.74%).
