September 10 2025 13:53:02     SunSirs (Selena)On September 9th, the commodity price index BPI was 868 points, an increase of 1 point from yesterday, a decrease of 35.37% from the highest point of 1,343 points during the cycle (2021-10-19), and an increase of 31.52% from the lowest point of 660 points on February 3rd, 2016.
According to the price monitoring of SunSirs, on September 9, 2025, there were a total of 47 commodities that showed a year-on-year increase in commodity prices, mainly concentrated in the chemical sector (18 in total) and the steel sector (7 in total). The top three commodities with the highest increase were dioctyl sebacate (4.45%), 4-cyanopyridine (3.60%), and calcium carbide (3.46%). There were a total of 53 products that experienced a month on month decline, mainly concentrated in the chemical industry (31 in total) and non-ferrous metals (7 in total). The top 3 products with the highest decline were thionyl chloride (-4.41%), praseodymium neodymium alloy (-2.76%), and acetone (-2.74%).
