SunSirs: Japan's Imports of Silicomanganese From China Were Extremely Low in July
September 04 2025 10:20:17     According to Japanese customs statistics, Japan imported a total of 19,061.80 tons of silicomanganese in July 2025, representing a month-on-month increase of 6.21% but a year-on-year decrease of 26.88%. The top three silicomanganese suppliers to Japan in July were India (11,974.89 tons), Vietnam (3,664.12 tons), and Malaysia (2,666.08 tons).
Imports of silicomanganese from China totaled 42 tons in July. From January to July 2025, Japan's cumulative silicomanganese imports reached 124,345.59 tons, representing a year-on-year decrease of 16.07%.
