SunSirs: Weekly Inventory Statistics of China's Soda Ash Manufacturers

As of August 18, total inventory at domestic soda ash manufacturers stood at 1.8973 million tons, an increase of 3,500 tons, or 0.18%, from the previous Thursday. This included 771,800 tons of light soda ash and 1.1255 million tons of heavy soda ash.
As an integrated internet platform providing benchmark prices, on August 20, the benchmark price for heavy soda ash on SunSirs was 1,290.00 RMB/ton, a 1.9% decrease from 1,315.00 RMB/ton at the beginning of the month.
On August 20, the benchmark price for light soda ash on SunSirs was 1,224.00 RMB/ton, a 5.99% decrease from 1,302.00 RMB/ton at the beginning of the month.
