SunSirs: The Price of Ethyl Acetate was Running to be Weaker
July 02 2025 13:51:33     SunSirs (John)Price trend
According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, as of the 29th, the price of ethyl acetate was 5,453.33 RMB/ton, a decrease of 16.67 RMB/ton or 0.30% compared to the price of 5,470.00 RMB/ton on June 23rd. The supplier's inventory level was still acceptable, downstream demand was average, market transactions were weak, and the quotation for ethyl acetate was adjusted downward.
Analysis review
The utilization rate of domestic ethyl acetate production capacity had been reduced, and the inventory of enterprises was not under pressure, with strong quotations as the main factor. The enthusiasm of downstream market entry was not high, and the market trading atmosphere was weak. Some enterprises had poor shipments, coupled with the weak operation of acetic acid on the raw material side, the cost support was average, and the shipment of ethyl acetate in the market was hindered, causing the price center of ethyl acetate to shift downward.
Future outlook:
The supply and demand game in the ethyl acetate market was intense, with manufacturers showing strong intentions to ship, but downstream purchasing was poor. The pressure on ethyl ester enterprises to ship still existed, and the raw material market was bearish with insufficient cost support. It is expected that the price of ethyl acetate will remain weak in the later stage, and specific attention should be paid to changes in supplier equipment and downstream follow-up.
