SunSirs: China Hunan Province Exported 79,364 Vehicles in the first Five Months of 2025, a Year-on-year Increase of 7%

On June 19th, Changsha Customs released data showing that in the first five months of 2025, Hunan Province exported 79364 cars, an increase of 7% compared to the same period last year; The total export value was 12.42 billion yuan, an increase of 4%.
Malaysia, Mexico, Belarus, and the United Arab Emirates are the top four markets for Hunan Province's automobile exports, exporting 11,672, 11,625, 11,513, and 7,213 vehicles respectively in the first five months. During the same period, Hunan Province achieved several fold growth in exports to Indonesia, the Philippines, India, and the Netherlands.
Private enterprises are the absolute mainstay of automobile exports in Hunan Province. In the first five months, private enterprises in Hunan Province exported 77,244 vehicles with an export value of 10.57 billion yuan, accounting for 97.3% and 85.1% respectively.
