The output, loading volume and sales of ternary batteries increased, and the demand for cobalt increased; the export of cobalt from the Democratic Republic of Congo was banned, the import supply of cobalt raw materials decreased, and the export of cobalt intermediates from Indonesia increased, which made up for the shortage of cobalt raw materials. The overall supply of the cobalt market was sufficient; the supply of cobalt salts was sufficient, the price of cobalt salts fell, and the price of lithium cobaltate fell, which was still positive for the cobalt market; the international cobalt price was weak and consolidated, which weakened the positive for the domestic cobalt market; the overall cobalt market's upward momentum weakened and the downward pressure still existed.
