SunSirs: Some Domestic BDO Enterprises have Restarted on June 16

The first phase of Shaanxi BDO was 30,000 tons/year device, and the second phase of the 100,000 tons/year device, was stopped on February 22, 2025, and the restart time was not determined.

Shaanxi Guorong 60,000 tons/year BDO device was stopped in mid-April 2024, and the restart time is not yet determined.

The third phase of Xinjiang Meike Chemical Industry 100,000-ton unit was parked, and the second phase of the 100,000-ton unit was parked on April 3, 2025, and the restart time was not determined. Meike Chemical's Phase II natural gas acetylene maintenance for 25 days (planned maintenance time from May 27 to June 22), the overall load of the first phase 60,000 tons/year, the fourth phase 1 100,000 tons/year, and the fifth phase 100,000 tons/year production line has slightly decreased.

Xinjiang Tianye's 210,000 tons/annual capacity BDO devices were all stopped at the end of September, and the restart time was not determined.

Henan Energy Hebi Coal Chemical 100,000 tons/year BDO device, the entire factory was suspended for inspection on July 10, 2024, and the restart time is not yet determined.

Henan Kaixiang's 110,000-ton BDO device was all stopped on February 5, and the restart time has not been determined. It mainly supplies downstream PBT, PBAT and other self-use and contracts, and there is no quotation in spot stock.

Inner Mongolia Huaheng has three sets of 104,000 tons of BDO devices each. One set is in parking and one set is running stably; one set of BYD catalyst is being replaced from June 3, and is expected to be 3 days.

Dalian Hengli's first 300,000 tons/year BDO device currently has a load of around 70%. The second 300,000 tons/year installation will be parked nearby on March 11.

Inner Mongolia’s 3D 300,000-ton BDO device has temporarily stopped due to equipment failure. It is expected to be temporarily stopped from June 3, with an estimated 7-15 days.

The second phase of Xinjiang New Industry 140,000-ton device has been restarted and the load is not high; the first phase of Xinjiang New Industry is being restarted.

Sinopec Great Wall Energy and Chemical's two sets of BDO devices with a production capacity of 100,000 tons per year are currently operating stably. BDO is mainly used and contracts, and there is no quotation for spot stock.

The Yanchang Petroleum 100,000 tons/year BDO device was inspected from April 6 to the end of April. Products have been released recently, with a load of around 50%.

According to the current production and transportation conditions, DongRMB Technology-Dongjing Bio's 380,000-ton BDO device will be under annual maintenance from May 21, with a maintenance duration of 30 days.
