I. Price trend
According to the commodity market analysis system of SunSirs, bromine prices rose on May 28. The average market price of bromine is about 24,800 RMB/ton, up 0.81% from yesterday.
II. Market analysis
This week, bromine prices are strong, and the spot ex-factory reference price of bromine in Shandong is 24,000-26,000 RMB/ton. On the supply side, enterprises are actively producing, and downstream enterprises have improved demand due to the approaching holidays. On the raw material side: domestic sulfur prices are consolidating, with an average market price of 2,462.33 RMB/ton. Downstream purchases are mostly on demand.
It is predicted that bromine prices will be strong in the near future, upstream sulfur prices will consolidate in the near future, bromine supply will remain stable, and downstream purchases will be mostly on demand. Bromine prices are relatively stable. It is generally expected that bromine may continue to consolidate in the later period, depending on the downstream market demand.
