SunSirs: Cambodia's Latex Exports in the First Four Months Decreased 10.5% Year-on-year

According to the latest report from the Cambodian Rubber Authority, Cambodia exported 76,467 tons of latex in the first four months of 2025, a decrease of 10.5% from 85,428 tons in the same period last year.
The report states that the country earned $148 million in revenue from latex exports in the first four months, an increase of 18% from $125 million in the same period last year; The average cost of exports is 1,926 US dollars per ton, which is about 461 US dollars higher than the same period last year.
The country mainly exports rubber to Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, and China.
As of now, Cambodia has a total of 425,443 hectares of rubber plantations, of which 330,259 hectares or 77.6% can be harvested.
