According to the commodity market analysis system of SunSirs, the average price of domestic ammonium sulfate market was 1035 RMB/ton on May 22, which was 2.05% lower than the average price of 1056 RMB/ton on May 16.
2. Market analysis
The domestic ammonium sulfate market price continued to fall this week. The operating rate of coking enterprises did not fluctuate much, and the operating rate of caprolactam grade was slightly adjusted. Urea prices fell weakly this week, which was bearish for ammonium sulfate market. At present, granule manufacturers and downstream compound fertilizer companies are mainly replenishing stocks due to rigid demand, and market inquiries have decreased, and the wait-and-see sentiment is strong. As of May 22, the mainstream ex-factory price of coking-grade ammonium sulfate in Shandong region was about 990 RMB/ton. The mainstream ex-factory price of caprolactam grade ammonium sulfate in Shandong region was about 1000-1060 RMB/ton.
