In the week, the domestic phosphoric acid market prices had weakened and fallen. The reduction in raw material prices had weakened cost support. As of May 21st, the ex factory price of 85% thermal phosphoric acid in Hubei region was around 6,400-6,700 RMB/ton, and in Sichuan region it was around 6,500-6,700 RMB/ton. The domestic market price for 85% wet process phosphoric acid was around 6,600-7,300 RMB/ton.
Cost side
In terms of raw material phosphorus yellow. This week, the market price of phosphorus yellow continued to decline. As of May 21st, the phosphorus yellow market had sufficient supply, but the terminal demand was poor, and downstream purchasing intentions had weakened. As of May 21st, the market was mainly bearish, and it is expected that the domestic phosphorus yellow market price will continue to be weak in the short term.
