On May 18th, the commodity price index BPI was 865 points, unchanged from yesterday, a decrease of 35.59% from the highest point of 1,343 points during the cycle (2021-10-19), and an increase of 31.06% from the lowest point of 660 points on February 3rd, 2016.
According to the price monitoring of SunSirs, in the 19th week of 2025 (5.12-5.16), there were a total of 13 commodities in the non-ferrous sector that saw a month on month increase in commodity prices. The top 3 commodities with the highest increase were praseodymium neodymium alloy (3.77%), praseodymium metal (3.65%), and praseodymium neodymium oxide (2.94%). There are a total of 7 products that have experienced a month on month decline, with the top 3 products being gold (-2.68%), antimony (-2.08%), and silicon metal (-1.35%).
