SunSirs: 2024/25 EU Imported 7.31 Million Tons of Brazili’s Soybean Meal in April 13

According to EU data, the import volume of soybean meal in the EU has increased by nearly 30% so far in 2024/25, as the surge in imports from Argentina offset the slight decrease in imports from Brazil.
As of April 13, 2025, the EU imported 7.31 million tons of soybean meal from Brazil in the 2024/25 fiscal year (July to June), higher than the 7.22 million tons imported in the same period last year. But its share has dropped to 49.5%, lower than the 61.6% in the same period last year.
