On April 17th, the acetic acid market in North China remained unchanged, with delivery prices around 2,765 RMB/ton. Compared to the price on April 14th, the price increased by 15 RMB/ton. Part of the factories in the area were undergoing maintenance, with enterprises focusing on raising prices and downstream companies following up on market demand. The trading atmosphere on site was still acceptable. In the short term, the price of acetic acid is operating on a wait-and-see basis.
On April 17th, the market price of acetic acid in Shandong was around 2,780 RMB/ton. Part of the factory equipment was undergoing maintenance, and there was temporarily no pressure on the market supply of goods. Enterprises were adopting a wait-and-see attitude, and downstream purchases were made according to demand. The market trading atmosphere was still acceptable. In the short term, the price of acetic acid will remain stable and operate in a wait-and-see manner.
