On March 5th, the price of PA in the Jiangsu region remained weak and consolidated, with the mainstream price range for OX method sources being 6,900-7,100 RMB/ton and naphthalene based sources being 6,600-6,800 RMB/ton.
Analysis review
The production load of naphthalene based PA manufacturers was stable, the domestic PA market had sufficient spot supply, the raw material price of OX was weak and consolidating, the price of industrial naphthalene was falling, the cost of PA was decreasing, the downstream plasticizer market was fluctuating and falling, the production of plasticizer enterprises was decreasing, and the support for PA demand was weakened. Downstream procurement was mainly on demand.
