SunSirs: China Domestic Soybean Meal Prices Continued to Show a Strong Trend on the Week of February 21

On February 24th, the National Grain and Oil Information Center reported that due to factors such as a decrease in imported soybeans arriving at ports and a tightening of soybean supply in recent months, domestic soybean meal spot prices fluctuated and rose last week. On February 21st, the closing prices of soybean meal contracts 2403 and 2405 on the Dalian Commodity Exchange were 3,586 RMB/ton and 2,949 RMB/ton, respectively, with a week on week increase of 4.8% and 3.5%, respectively. The price difference of the 3-5 soybean meal contract is 637 RMB/ton, with a weekly spread of 63 RMB/ton. In terms of spot goods, the price of ordinary soybean meal in coastal areas is 3,700-3,800 RMB/ton, with a weekly increase of 80-150 RMB/ton.
