SunSirs: Indonesia Palm Oil Exports Decline in September 2024

According to data released by the Indonesian Palm Oil Association (GAPKI), palm oil production in Indonesia increased in September while exports decreased, leading to an increase in inventory.
In September 2024, Indonesia's palm oil exports were 1.86 million tons, a decrease of 22.0% from August's 2.384 million tons and a decrease of 30.9% from the same period last year's 2.69 million tons, as exports to major buyers India and China decreased by more than 1/3.
