SunSirs: Cambodia's Rubber Exports Increased 2.6% Year-on-year in the First Ten Months of 2024

According to the latest report from the Cambodian Rubber Authority, Cambodia's rubber exports reached 291,269 tons in the first 10 months of 2024, an increase of 2.6% compared to the same period last year.
The report states that the country earned $472 million in revenue from rubber exports in the first 10 months, an increase of 22.5% compared to the same period last year; The average cost of exports is $1,621 per ton, which is about $264 higher than the same period last year.
The country mainly exports rubber to Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, and China.
As of now, Cambodia has a total of 407,172 hectares of rubber plantations, of which 320,184 hectares or 78.6% can be harvested.
