On November 14th, the commodity price index BPI was 893 points, a decrease of 1 point from yesterday, a decrease of 33.51% from the highest point of 1,343 points during the cycle (2021-10-19), and an increase of 35.30% from the lowest point of 660 points on February 3rd, 2016.
According to the price monitoring of SunSirs, on November 14, 2024, there were a total of 23 commodities on the rise and fall list of bulk commodity prices, mainly concentrated in the chemical sector (13 in total) and the energy sector (3 in total). The top 3 commodities with the highest increase were n-propanol (3.59%), MTBE (1.88%), and palm oil (1.25%). There were a total of 37 products that experienced a month on month decline, mainly in the chemical industry (9 in total) and non-ferrous metals (9 in total). The top 3 products with the highest decline were urea (-4.01%), tin (-1.86%), and copper (-1.84%).
