SunSirs: Ivory Coast's Rubber Exports in the First 10 Months Decreased 5.8% Year-on-year
November 11 2024 14:43:27     SunSirs (Selena)The latest data shows that in the first 10 months of 2024, Ivory Coast's rubber exports totaled 1.209 million tons, a decrease of 5.8% from 1.284 million tons in the same period of 2023.
Looking at the October data alone, the export volume decreased by 20% year-on-year and increased by 5.9% month on month.
Cote d'Ivoire is an important natural rubber producing country in Africa. In recent years, Ivory Coast's rubber exports have been increasing year after year, driven by stable income, as farmers have shifted their crops from cocoa to rubber.
