SunSirs: The United States has Made a Final Anti-dumping Ruling on Truck and Bus Tires Imported from Thailand

On October 10th, the US Department of Commerce announced a final anti-dumping ruling on truck and bus tires imported from Thailand, ruling that the dumping rate for Thai producers/exporters ranges from 12.33% to 48.39%. The US International Trade Commission (ITC) is expected to make a final anti-dumping industry injury ruling on the products involved in Thailand on November 25, 2024.
On November 7, 2023, the US Department of Commerce launched an anti-dumping investigation into truck and bus tires imported from Thailand.
