SunSirs: Thailand's Total Export Volume of Natural Rubber and Mixed Rubber in the First Half of 2024 Decreased 15% Year-on-year

Data shows that in the first half of 2024, Thailand exported a total of 1.42 million tons of natural rubber (excluding composite rubber), a year-on-year increase of 9%. Among them, the total export of standard rubber was 915,000 tons, an increase of 28% year-on-year; The export of cigarette adhesive was 156,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 12%; Latex exports amounted to 338,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 16%.
In the first half of the year, the total export of natural rubber to China was 494,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 4%. Among them, the total export of standard rubber to China was 399,000 tons, an increase of 25% year-on-year; The total export of cigarette adhesive to China was 14,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 63%; The total export of latex to China was 81,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 49%.
In the first half of the year, Thailand exported a total of 574,000 tons of mixed rubber, a year-on-year decrease of 45%; The total export of mixed rubber to China was 558,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 47%.
Overall, Thailand exported a total of 1.994 million tons of natural rubber and blended rubber in the first half of the year, a year-on-year decrease of 15%; The total export to China was 1.052 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 33%.
