SunSirs: Adipic Acid Market Fell Slightly on March 9

March 10 2020 11:03:49     SunSirs (John)

According to the data from SunSirs’ Bulk List, on March 9, the domestic market for adipic acid remained weak. Compared with last week, there was no improvement. The price has not changed much, and some dealers' prices have declined, ranging from 100 RMB/ton. According to the monitoring of the business agency, the price on March 9 dropped slightly by 0.50% compared with the previous weekend. The current market price range is 7,800-8,000 RMB/ton. Distributors gradually entered the market, but still have not reached the state before the Spring Festival. At present, the market transportation situation has improved significantly. However, due to weak downstream demand, shipments are not ideal, inventory is difficult to digest, and local resumption time is still delayed. At present, the operating rate of manufacturers remains stable, which is slightly higher than last week. Therefore, the inventory pressure of manufacturers has an upward trend. On March 9, It is learned from some dealers that some dealers in East China and South China have not resumed work, especially small and medium-sized traders, which has limited the rate of consumption of manufacturers' inventory to some extent. The market is priceless

In the later period, the business community predicts that the current price of crude oil at the cost of chemicals has plummeted, which is negative for the entire chemical industry chain. In addition, there is still conflict between supply and demand. Adipic acid should remain weak in the near future.
