SunSirs: Starting Work after the Holiday, PCE Saw a Three-day Consecutive Rise

According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, as of February 22, the average mixed price of PCE in the domestic market was 4,725 RMB/ton, a significant increase from February 18 when PCE was 4,083 RMB/ton, with a growth rate of 15.71%. In the first week of construction after the holiday, the market sentiment was good, and the quotes from major factories achieved a three-day increase. Market inventory was scarce, and prices were tight. Some companies followed the quotes from major factories, and the mainstream market price was between 4,500-4,900 RMB/ton.

Market Overview

The upstream raw materials had slightly increased, mainly affected by the increase in downstream refrigerant R125. Since January, refrigerant R125 had fluctuated and risen, followed by a holiday closure. As of February 22, the factory quotation for R125 had increased to 45,000 RMB/ton, and the market supply was limited. It is expected that the traditional peak season of "gold March and silver, April" will soon come, and the refrigerant market is expected to operate steadily and tend to stronger in the future.

Market outlook

According to the PCE analyst from SunSirs, the production of PCE is stable, market activity has recovered, and downstream purchasing willingness is strong. With the high demand in traditional peak seasons driving up the price of refrigerant R125, the future market of PCE will fluctuate and rise accordingly.
