The raw material n-butanol had experienced strong consolidation, while the price of 2-EH had fluctuated and risen. DBP costs had also increased. After the holiday, DBP enterprises had resumed production, DBP supply had increased, and downstream procurement enthusiasm was average. DBP prices were weakly consolidating.

According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, as of February 19th, the quotation for 2-EH was 12,450 RMB/ton, a fluctuating increase of 0.81% compared to the quotation for 2-EH on February 9th before the holiday, which was 12,350 RMB/ton; Compared to the price of 12375 RMB/ton on February 1st at the beginning of the month, the price increased by 0.61%. During the Spring Festival, the operating load of 2-EH enterprises decreased, but there was some recovery after the holiday. In addition, downstream customers restocked, and the demand for 2-EH slowly rebounded. During the Spring Festival, the price of 2-EH remained high, and after the holiday, the price of 2-EH slightly increased.

N-butanol prices was consolidating at high levels

According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, as of February 19th, the price of n-butanol was 8,733.33 RMB/ton, which was temporarily stable compared to the price of n-butanol on February 9th before the holiday, which was 8,733.33 RMB/ton; Compared to the price of 8,816.67 RMB/ton on February 1st, the price of n-butanol decreased by 0.95%. The inventory of n-butanol enterprises was low, the n-butanol prices was consolidating at high levels; DBP cost support still existed.

Market outlook
