According to the monitoring of the commodity market analysis system of SunSirs, the price of eggs at the beginning of this week was 9.31 RMB/kg, and the price of eggs at the end of this week was 9.55 RMB/kg, with a price increase of 2.58%.
On the supply side, the supply of supplementary laying hens has entered a peak period, with more newly produced laying hens compared to the same period last year, and the age of chickens tends to be younger. With the increase in egg prices, the pace of eliminating old chickens has slowed down again, and the level of egg supply is showing an increasing trend. The number of vehicles sold in the sales area is still relatively high, and it is expected that the supply will remain loose.
On the consumer side, domestic sales in the production area have improved month on month, and the rebound in vegetable prices is beneficial for egg consumption. Terminal sales have accelerated, and industry insiders are mostly bullish. The willingness to purchase goods in various links has increased, and the improvement in consumption is the main factor supporting the recent strong egg prices.
The demand for eggs in the market has increased, and terminal consumption has improved. It is expected that egg prices will mainly fluctuate and tend to be strong.
