According to the monitoring of the commodity market analysis system of SunSirs, the price of potassium sulfate with a 50% content at the beginning of this month was 3,433 RMB/ton, and the price of potassium sulfate with a 50% content at the end of this month was 3,483 RMB/ton, with a price increase of 1.46%.
Analysis review
The domestic potassium sulfate market saw a price increase in November, with resource-based potassium sulfate manufacturers operating steadily and in a state of no inventory. There were many pending orders, limited supply and transportation, and a slight shortage of spot goods. High end prices in some regions continued to rise slightly. As of November 29th, the market price of 52% potassium powder from SDIC Luobupo was mostly between 3,650-3,750 RMB/ton, and the actual transaction price is mainly negotiated.
The overall supply of goods in the domestic potassium fertilizer market was in a sufficient state, and some small domestic potassium chloride factories will enter a state of maintenance in winter. Imported potassium chloride goods continued to reach the domestic market, and the total port stock was at a relatively high level, but the supply of goods was still concentrated.
Market outlook
Domestic potassium sulfate inventories are low, and spot supply is tight. It is expected that market prices will mainly fluctuate strongly.
