As of the close on October 18th, the closing price of the Asian MTBE market has increased by $26/ton compared to the previous trading day, while FOB Singapore closed at $984.99- $986.99/ton. The closing price of the European MTBE market increased by $20/ton compared to the previous trading day, while the FOB ARA closed at $1,390.49- $1,390.99/ton. The closing price of the MTBE market in the United States increased by 10.3 US dollars per ton compared to the previous trading day, while the FOB Gulf price closed at 1,087.18-1,087.53 US dollars per ton (306.25-306.35 US cents per gallon).
