SunSirs: IEA Lowered Its Forecast for Global Oil Demand Growth in 2024
October 13 2023 09:36:43     SunSirs (Selena)On Thursday, the International Energy Agency (IEA) lowered its forecast for global oil demand growth in 2024 in its September monthly report, mainly due to weak global economic growth prospects and progress in energy efficiency, which will drag down oil consumption. The agency has lowered its global oil demand growth forecast for 2024 from 1 million barrels per day to 880,000 barrels per day.
