Compared to the same period last week, the overall price in August showed a narrow upward trend, with an increase of 8.12%. The price in early August was 6,500 RMB/ton, and the price at the end of the month was 7,066.67 RMB/ton. As of August 31st, the price remained around 7,100 RMB/ton.
Analysis review
In August, the market price of cyclohexane was mainly upward, with the mainstream price around 7,100 RMB/ton. Compared to last week's price, the price had increased, and the quotation range of mainstream manufacturers remained around 7,000 RMB/ton. The operating rate was stable, and downstream procurement was mainly on demand, with a general negotiation atmosphere. The latest price of the enterprise: 7,200 RMB/ton for Liaocheng Yuanze Chemical Products Co., Ltd., 7,400 RMB/ton for Liaocheng Yuze Chemical Products Co., Ltd., 7,066 RMB/ton for Hunan Yuanshuo Fine Chemical Co., Ltd., and 7,351 RMB/ton for Shandong Lifuda Fine Chemical Co., Ltd.
Chemical Index: On August 29, the chemical index stood at 921 points, an increase of 4 points compared to the previous day, a decrease of 34.21% from the highest point in the cycle of 1,400 points (2021-10-23), and an increase of 54.01% from the lowest point of 598 points on April 8, 2020. (Note: The cycle refers to the period from December 1st, 2011 to the present).
