On August 24th, the DBP market in Jiangsu region rose with a quotation of 10,000 RMB/ton. The DBP market in Shandong region rose with a quotation of 9,900 RMB/ton, while the DBP market in Zhejiang region rose with a quotation of 10,100 RMB/ton.
Analysis review
On August 24th, the price of n-butanol, a raw material for plasticizer DBP, increased, the market for PA stabilized, the price of 2-EH increased, the cost of DBP raw materials increased.
PVC prices stabilized strongly, downstream demand was average, DBP enterprise equipment started operating at low load, DBP supply was insufficient, DBP factory inventory was low, and purchasing enthusiasm of downstream customers was average. The transaction price was based on the negotiated price. DBP prices were 9,800-10,100 RMB/ton, and DBP prices increased.
