SunSirs: Poor Demand, China Domestic DDGS Market is Weak and Declining

According to monitoring data from SunSirs, since August 1st, the domestic DDGS market has weakened and prices have slightly declined. On August 1st, the average market price of domestic DDGS was 2,875 RMB/ton. On August 9th, the average market price of domestic DDGS was 2,867 RMB/ton, with a price drop of 0.26%.
After August, the demand for terminal aquaculture has weakened, and domestic alcohol factories lack confidence in pricing. The market supply is loose, and the DDGS market continues to decline. The overall quotation of the alcohol factory has decreased, with an average market price of around 2,850 RMB/ton, indicating weak operation.
SunSirs agricultural product analyst believes that terminal demand is poor and bearish factors are dominant. In the future, the domestic DDGS market will still be dominated by a weak decline.
